Sadly, you haven't a possibilty to take a Slayer perk, but that would be a critical char, then, just saying in advance.

Eh, im not much of a sneaker or unarmed player but this might be ok...don't plan on hurting bursters though they will rape you with this build...same with any other HtH i guess

No fucking idea how high your unarmed skill has to be but if it only needs 150 then you can have 276 sneak +ghost for 306. With haymaker you get 86% eye crit and the lowest (besides torso and who the fuck aims to attack that) you get 52% on legs.
