Usable Books

It woudl be nice to gain some skills when reading a books.
Right now they are useless, at least Outdoorsman book should give some skill points like it was in F2.
Reading books will rise players stats to 91(none taged) or 92(taged skill).

It was taken out due to book-hordings and "let's make a new character and thanks to my rich pals, I can read lots of books now, to raise my skills!"

Last time I checked, books have been used for crafting.

As far as i know we dont need books to craft items, maybe im wrong, but i dont think so.
Outdoorsman book wasnt useable since a long time, i think there was no item which was required this book for craft.

30x xander root = 1200caps , so you dont have to be rich to buy a book.

They are not anymore.
