I left 300k caps at Vendors today, and there was caps alrdy, its not a big problem to get around 100k/day from shops.

And this is what I am talking about.  Big gangs will be rich PERIOD.  

Bank interest is around so these power gamers abuse it.  Devs decide to implement interest cap and the same folks abuse it by making multiple alts.  It takes a VERY long time for average joes who arn't trigger happy bandits to take advantage of bank interest as opposed to others who make 50k-100k, sometimes more, ambushing folks at T-Rays or base sellers.   And what about TC?  Isn't it enough that the big gangs can rob/farm their way to richness?  Now they get another source of caps to rely on.  What happens if the TC system glitches?

Oh yeah the TC bitching and moaning thread died a while back.

Seriously, Izuals suggestion of eliminating bank interest and a general wipe just to favor the big gangs went down in flames.  Yet you necromancers keep resurrecting the interest blame topic.

I wasn't resurrecting a topic, I never even read any of those topics. I just started out with a complaint about merc prices. Just so happens Bank interest came up because it's related to the merc prices... Maybe bank interest is just related to allot of things, so it keeps getting brought up in various topics? YES!!!!

Well this game becaming the war of 2 sides, and small gangs have no chances here. Cause big gangs can loose 5, 10 and even 15 super-mutants per day and small gangs are cant even afford that amount. So big gangs just pawn small gangs using caps.
I guess here should be idea how to decrease role of bank's interest rate.

Keep in mind that caps also effect things like bases, cars, car modifications, keys, etc.  As said before in another merc thread, if the problem is really that bad then all the devs have to do is switch merc prices from caps to something like faction points.

This way all the big gangs start clean with mutie/merc purchases while leaving bank interest for the little joes.  As you said the smaller gangs don't or cannot afford to do TC merc battles anyways so why fuckup the bank interest system for them.
