man, this stuff is awsome, how about you make something like a BG for low level caracters, somthing like a bozar(low range,1 bullet->lower DMG and Bigger range than flamer). we do not have manny BGs in game(2flamers,2miniguns,RL=5,+LSW and probably Bozar)
also some new energy weapons, like scoped/sniper laser rifle(LR har range 40) or a spam gun(like in FoT)

one thing wrong with that C.H.A.R. its in wrong perspective, fallout weapons shouldn't be just look like flat.
