Throwing Weapons and Perk "Heave Ho!"

hell no, it should be perk changing max throw range by 2 or 3. A person with average strength, which has concentrated of mastering throwing should be able to get into 21 or 24 range :>

Just like this. At the lack of Strength perk Heave Ho! does not decide a problem without Weapon Handling perk. If Strength seizes, Heave Ho! SIMPLY NOT NEEDED!!! For other types of weapon of Weapon Handling perk decides a problem with the shortage of Strength.
If for Throwing Weapons Heave Ho! perk will work similarly as Weapon Handling perk for other types of weapon, it would be only justly.
