Lockpick mech

I had a quick question with lockpick

while using a tool like extended lock pick does the skill level go over 300%?
so if i have 300% sp and a extended tool i would have 350%?



Edit: Just answered by bantz on IRC, apparently it goes over 300%, edited here for future searches because i could not find it.
Can a dev confirm this?
