But seriously, if the PAs are the enchancements of Unarmed skill, shouldn't they give a bonus to a critter by itself? Is it technically possible?

Haraldx:
Make the damage lower, give Power Fists. I remember Fallout Tactics... Every Scribe and Paladin from the Brotherhood had a powerfist. Or maybe a super-sledge, wouldn't hurt.
