more barbers

1st can be seen all the time, but is on the end of the world map(Klamath)
2nd can be accessed only if you have a 500 caps daypass or if you are a VC citezen(VC)
3rd only if you do the train quests(san fran train station)

we need more barbers

I also suggest to get here a frameediting tutorial and a workplan for female frame groups. We will get new female haircuts in no time.
Or not, because everyone just DO WANT results but MEH the own initiative, especially if someone else is working on it.
