Also for actions with missing animations you can still do them. For instance one of my characters has the goris skin, but only in the robe. Since in F2 it was basically 2 different sprites combined in one all I have is movement animations. When I attack or heal or drop something I stand still.

i am sorry for being so boring but  if even without animations i can still do stuff i dont mind losing a few ones to get metzger skin, and is your ingame name the same as here?

How come is it that Sulik could use knives and hammers, but my tribal skin char can only use spears?

sulik has a unique skin, tribal is just generic npc. What about the Restoration project follower skins that can equip CA and PA? They had sulik, cassidy and vic for sure.
