I'm wondering why nobody noticed it.

108 HP? You crazy?
5 ST? Go for 1/2 ST + weapon handling. Put luck on 10. EN 6 + LVL 12 Lifegiver.

Personally I prefer to put 8 PE + cigs + sharpshooter is 11. Instead of 12 PE I always choose the 12 AP (9 AG + Nuka + Jet)

There's no way to have a good build for PVP that doesn't use drugs.

putting str to 2 and end to 6 with life giver on lvl 12 would result with 169 hp at the end which is only 21 more in my build if i pick life giver. + i loose 5% crit because i have to pick weapon heandling insted of more crits.

can u explain how exactly do the drugs work (jet, cigs, nuka, cola)?

you'r build have 108 hp - it's 1 burst from smg\m60  ;)
you have 6 LK and 5 ST - better make 1 ST and get Weapon Handling and make 10 LK
you create crafter-cripler build instead PvP Build  ;D
