Remove turn based ?

I think i gonna be not so appreciated on this thread, and i think that a lot of people suggested it before me...
But could we imagine play this game one day without boring turn based ? I mean the main point of 2238 on other Fonline challengers is about "always running gameplay", so i'm sick about many many things on turn based mode :
* i can't count in two years the time i lost while some friend were waiting for me because i was stuck in a boring turn based with 30 mobs and 3 deads blue suits
* on contrary, i can't count the time spent waiting friends stuck in turn based
* i can't bear whinning beginner explaining they are dead again and again by npcs, because they can run out... this never happen or is realy rare in RT, it just require little reflexs
* i'm sick about tons of Pk traps made with radio distress call(you know about magnetism on worldmap and distress call) ; furthermore they have characters designed for it with all good perks to play 2 turns shooting 3 times on each turn when you meet them=> Even with BA +2xtoughness and 250hp you dead from beginning of the encounter
* this game is slow and hard enough, loosing about 20 minutes in a turn based on a trip because you "fall" 3 times in same encounter(i mean you know spending 9 minutes to get out and instanly return to the same encoutner just before it "close" (because some one still inside taking some flowers...beginners of course))
i can imagine that it's funny to play with good old fallout turn based system, but seriously, does it really fit with 2238 "speed" gameplay on fight ? Wasteland is harsh and turn based offer too many bonuses to special builds... i mean it's really unfair to be shooted 6 times by bursts without being able to defend against a guy hidden in ruins.
I think i'm not the only one to share this point view, and it's unimaginable to play Town Control or Hinkley battles on turn based..
Why don't remove this archaic feature wich just make the game so slow like before(you know the good old time of "mining/then 10 minutes youtube") and help Pkers who don't take a single risk with their traps ?

If you check Real Time only in cofig, you can never drop into TB encounter ;)

You mean never by Yourself but still can into someone's TB
Edit: I think TB is a lot to slow. Especially with crazies encouters (Oh gawd...) but removing TB is not an option. PK traps are awful but with enough outdoorsman they are very, very rare (That means no super-power-build with BG,Doc&Fa can travel alone) and I understand that: get outdoorsman or resign from power-build are not really best options.
Edit2: Trap is a trap and it is supposed to be as deadly as possible. Hunters (PK) don't want to see fleeing prey as much as You don't want to see Your dying character.

I'm all for this if there's a way to make combat more enjoyable against npcs. They always know where you are and come after you forever, it makes fighting them in real time very hard and unpredictable. But also abusable.

Yeah bantz but as you can imagine, i never oh god never entered an encounter in turn based mode ! I speak about others people encounters and traps.
At the beginning of this session i had a kind of malediction, every wastelanders i met werre in turn based ! Even when i was near theme park i successed to find some long and boring turn based encounter.. It was like a bad joke you know and in the meanwhile my mates alsmost never entered into such TB...
Maybe it's just a curse after all, but i estimate my suggestion really interesting ! :)
