I have tooooooooo low FPS need help

Crazy:
Lower your "sleep" to 0, and even -1 IG (alt -), you will have better FPS

Sarakin:
Could someone explain all these terms and what is the best setting for performance/quality ?
Sleep = Gamma ?

Eclair:
Performance settings located in NVIDIA/ATI/INTEL/etc. CONTROL PANEL.
