Another big problem! PLEASE HELP!!??

Oh great, now a brand new problem is up -___- Well I dragged the MASTER and CRITTER from the Fallout 2 win.rar file, dragged them to my desktop and I set the pathway to the desktop MASTER and CRITTER, anyways at the end of the launcher installation, it gives me an error message something like this: The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135). Click on OK to terminate the apllication
Im not sure what caused this problem, should I just reinstall everything? ( even my Fallout 2? )

me use windows xp, and me tag critter and dat from fo2 folder, have no problem, soryy if no help. me tribal.  ;)

So then...
1)
Open your FOnline installation folder.
2)There you should have files for updater named updater.exe , FOnline config named FOconfig.exe, and just FOnline.exe .
3)
Run updater, and it will automatically download all patches.
4)
Run FOconfig, set your resolution, music etc.
5)
In FOconfig click Save button, and then Play button.
6)Make character with Wichura's starter build(look for it here, on forum), and look for Shande Mk II in NCR. Don't ask anybody about him  8)
7 optional)Download Ras Interface, because it rocks.
8 optional)Make shortcut to FOconfig and FOnline on your desktop/games folder.

Thank you for the help, so I should have the FOnline file after I installed the client rght? And I look for those files. Any idea where the FOnline file is located? ( Documents? ect. ) Thanks again for the help

Well I opend my FOnline folder ( on win.rar ) it has all the files you named, except the updater.exe :/
