Is there anyway to move slaves from one character to another by yourself legaly?

I've been curious about this. since i've seen torn pieces of rope. can you set a slave free and than have it enslaved by another character with enough CH to take it?

I'm trying to build a small tribe of native slaves. but my friends hate standing around with a CH alt waiting for me to bring them the slaves. and duel logging has more risk than i'm willing to deal with. so thats not an option.

Any ideas people?

That's the only legal way. Make you friend suffering while you bring slaves.
