Not sure what country you are talking of.
I'm using this http://db.tt/r2SpgZd to upload and share files.
Very comfortable. Just put file in the "Public" folder on your computer and copy and paste link. And easy to update files and synchronize between my computers and have some shared folders with my friends.
If you have problems with download let me know.

What exact you want to download? If it v9, you better wait for release version.

i play on requiem and ive just download and installed interface v8 (in description u wrote its fully working on reqiuem).
There is a problem fonts of HP ammo number and detoration number are missing ingame.
What should i do with that fonts folder added in package ?
and one more where are turn and end combat buttons cant see em.
