Change AimMain=0 0 800 780 to AimMain=0 0 800 680

Actually it's not a bug. Just aiming screen is little bit bigger then 600 ;)
Still usable without any fix in 800x600

Crazy:
Well, custom fonts still don't work on requiem (the game crash with custom ones in fonline.zip).
