Pudzian, i see you also skipped the dithering. That's not good. And about pixels - fix them manually BEFORE palette conversion.

You cant import a palette or something into paint, you would need to do it manually. that'll need over9000 hours, dont do that! MSPaint is the sux for such work. trust a former pixeldrawer.

Im a pixeart-man as well. And i agree with Andr3az. Manual dithering or manual paletting require A LOTS of patience and skill.

Yes gimp is very good programme. If you dont want photoshop - download a gimp.
