How do I download the game?

Someone said while ago that steam version don't have Master.dat and Critter.dat files inside.

Not "don't have", but "I can't find it". These files contain graphic, sounds and other stuff required to play Fallout 2, how any legal version could not have them?

I'm sorry but that was entertaining to read, they do indeed have the master/critter.dat and they are quite easy to find.
