This is great, what about a picture of the three musketeer banits? You know, the girl with the green mohawk and a spear, and the two 9mm Mauser boy twins? All with leather jackets? I find them everywhere near junktown, the same three bandits, I wanted to get a good picture of who they really are ;D

Good art there Littleboy.

Based on evidence collected from various sources by trustworthy attendees it is undisputed veritability that the land ravaged by atomic warfare which caused extreme change of the ecosystem and environmental hazards can be considered unpleasant, rugged and unforgiving.

I was just wondering if the painting was made with a drawing board or something like that.

It's not drawing, it's smudged photos and a text with drop shadow.
So it's not like he literally hand-painted the whole scene.

Nevertheless, nice composition.

This Is Made by Standard Filter in CS6 (Or by CS5 Extension) and they are screenshots from New Vegas or fallout 3, Time for one Picture without Edition takes 10 minutes, Starting game, making screenshot and putting in photoshop and filter. Thing that intrigues me is why creator won't say this in the open and just "Ignore Trolls".

Here is example what you can do with that filters in 2 minutes per picture:

Based On a Pixely Game Screenshot:
Some Thing but with Real Life pic so no pixels visible:

So that is Just Photoshop Thing, tried to not criticize it, just show people what is this really to stop the questions.

How is that filter called? Never seen anything like that.

EDIT: Nevermind, found it and experimented a bit with it. Pretty cheap method, but it can create some interesting effects. :)

For the other, whose do not know yet, it's Oil Paint pixel in standart filters in CS6 And in CS5 It's additional free package from adobe called pixel bender, there is a bit problem with GPU processing when you do not have right one, and without gpu it takes ages, so good idea is to turn on gpu processing, set the settings and disable it to see the effect.

Well I didn't want to spoil his effort, but I already thought "filterwixxe" (filter jizz) on every picture.
The pictures look ok, but It's a bit cheap to say it's handdrawn. I'm not even sure about the combat-armor dude, he looks like a screenshot pasted into another screenshot and drawn over/filters applied.

I guess you spend a lot of time with this stuff. How about investing that time in actual drawing training? I know it's hard and even harder to keep up, but it's a lot more fun and an even better feeling if the result looks good.
