When I take something from a shop, this thing is not in the shop anymore, it's only in my pocket, so it's stealing. The models from FO3/NV are still here, so it's copy.

No, because it's a non-commercial project, thus, a mod. But i wonder if Beth would be pissy about their copyrights.

Also, plain copypaste objects from other games isn't very original, though. I hope there will be more original content.

FOnline is a new engine made from scratch. Unlike "Fallout" D20, we are not giving away source material, the clients have to have it self, as we do not provide them. Fail. Stolen artworks stay stolen artworks here.
