Ras:
Fragment of my new interface.
Everything is under construction but I can give to test main panel.

Something falloutish finally, eh? I do preffer the second one. However, I'm confused, is it just me or there are missing buttons?

Graf:
Second is better indeed. Though, you can add something under action points panel for the first one and it would be good too. Still, I like it already, would be good for those who don't like new un-falloutish interfaces.

Ras:
I'll try to keep this style in my new interf.

Haraldx:
Looks great! Does it also alter pip-boy and such stuff?
