Hello all.
I just wanna in near future open a new faction and have 2 questions

1 where and how much cost cheapest base ( cave) where to buy it?
2 after i buy it i can  chose a location for my base?

Opera:
1. Cave costs 30000 caps and for an example you can buy it from Junktown.
2. No, you can't.

Can I buy a better cave than that one for 30k?
