How to retrieve password?

Hi, I haven't been playing with my character for awhile  i think there was one wipe-out since then , and now I cannot log into game.
It maybe because of password, but I'm not sure. I thought that forum password and the game password are the same, since i used the same login name.
Anyways, all I have now is the forum account and password which works, and a mail address from where I created and validated my account.
My character name is the same as my forum name.
Is there anyway I can retrieve password and login again?

ya need to reregister your character, chances are the name is taken though so you might need to change the name.

Your forum account is in no way connected to your game account, if that makes things anymore clear. There was a "wipe" on August 31, 2010, and you have to totally remake your character.

You don't need to retrieve your login/password, because your account in-game no longer exists, at all.

Thnx people, now it makes more sense, since I havent played for a while, after wipe someone took that character  name..
