Well not this 2238 anyways... It's been mentioned the devs will not be including caesar's legion into the game.

yes now there are Dam patrols and Powder Gangers pwtrolling the wasteland, it is not relationed to New Vegas but Van Burem, also i know it is gramatically a ghoul :P. but if you could read the spanish version...
also i modified my post to include something about BOS and enclave wich i see good to include
