More XP on humans

I'm all for tweaking xp values a bit, but it needs to be done right.

Kill mercenaries or press gang near sf - it "is more dangerous and more fun than exping on dumb centaurs" + for some builds it's a lot faster (1-3 mins in TBC to kill a pack of 3 of them)
