okay i took char "BG tough" from that link . and there was tagged repair that means if i skill up science i can craft big guns and ammo?

You should experiment with your own builds.

Is it possible when the next level comes there will be Bonus rate of fire perk but i have agility 6 so if i use some drugs  to boost up agility and while im having agility 7 the perk will still be there or is it counting just from general agility?

Edit: and one more question... fast shot trait will it be fixed in future?
