okay i took char "BG tough" from that link . and there was tagged repair that means if i skill up science i can craft big guns and ammo?

Is it possible when the next level comes there will be Bonus rate of fire perk but i have agility 6 so if i use some drugs  to boost up agility and while im having agility 7 the perk will still be there or is it counting just from general agility?

Edit: and one more question... fast shot trait will it be fixed in future?

Only basic parametrs are checked for perks. Drugs won't help.

Fast Shot fixed? What do you mean?

Drugs don't affect perks availability.

Fast Shot doesn't affect burst mode, it's intended.

Just curious, anyway whats up with the crater in boneyard, too much radiation ..thats something like the glow from fallout 1? is it possible to enter in there?

So if i'm missing about 10% of repair to get level 3 amorer from NPC i cant do anything about that?
