Newbie needs a build

Hi all, I'm new to this game so I'm looking for some character build, I mean i played fallout 1 & 2 and I'm huge fan but I never played online.

Any suggestions and examples are welcome

Here. Cheap, selfsufficient, can carry a lot, craft and repair things, depending on professions you will buy. Not good in combat however, but combat chars look different anyway.
