Fast Shot Bug?

My Big gunner has fast shot but it still costs him 7 AP to fire her Flamer and Minigun.

Is this a bug?

No, it's not a bug. Since August wipe, Fast Shot only affects the mode of a weapon that has an aimed "single-shot" function.

Ex:
- Fast Shot does affect single-shot mode of 10mm SMG, but the burst mode of 10mm SMG is not affected by it.
- Rocket Launcher only does single shots, but it has no aimed mode, therefore isn't affected by Fast Shot.

In short: If weapon mode has aimed option, Fast Shot affects it. If mode doesn't, Fast Shot doesn't affect it.

FAST SHOT only works with SINGLE SHOT.... not affect  a BURST SHOT
