I agree, I think there should at least be a way to differentiate your player kills from NPC human male/female kills. But no more than that.

But also, to expand on NPC human kills: Ex: Tribal kills, NPC faction name kills, lone wanderer/hermit kills, rogues, raiders, Khan raiders, scavenger, etc.

What about allowing the assassination tag only for hinkley ? (as you get there only to kill others)
