Any one knows any got addon that will change skins of my weapons ?

1. In assumption that you mean appearance of weapons in your weapon slot: yes.
2. In assumption that you mean appearance of weapons on your character figure: no, unless Karpov is done with 3D models and animations.
3. In assumption you call a modification an addon: see points 1 and 2.

I believe there is a new hunting rifle skin, if you look up the tools and mods here..

Somehow it's true, but somehow not. You can change your weapon appearance now, but it requires more.. Work..
And by the way, it is visible only for you and it affect on every weapon which is using this skin.

Anyway, Noxion, if you still needs replacing some weapons look for "Sniper Rifle mod" on NMA (or look for other animation, as you wish..) (or download ready .dat package packed by me for FOnline )
