Building props???

Is it possible to build props ingame? (question mostly for dev).

Like if you have a tent out in the wasteland, is it possible to "make a crate" so you can have a bunch of them?

Or fire / lamps for your buildings / tent area?

I was thinking of suggestions but I need this question answered before I know what limitations exist.
