Enough with the Cookie Madness!!!!

This is the situation now.

My... hopeful vision for the future:



Make em cookies buyable from a grandma NPC in Redding, Den, and Junktown, maybe Modoc.  They should be located in one of the random Buildings set next to a stove, i guess its a little quest to find these grandmas so you can buy cookies so yay for esploring too  ;D.

The cookies should be, although maybe not realistic price but, they should cost 500 caps a piece.  and the grandmas should not have inventory, dialogue buying required...  or else gangs will literally camp these grandmas 24/7 so 1. no one else buy cookies.  2.  to buy all cookies. 3.  Cewkies...

Not every rare item needs to be implemented eventually, else stuff one can receive as a reward will go out.

You should get rid of these memes, I don't see any point posting them in a suggestionthread.

well, the problem is that cookies are not drugs, they do not have addiction
so if you are a rich faction you can easly buy a lot and have infinite APs
(on the server of the gods we give ourselfs Action boy perk 1000 times, infinite APs is something you whant to, you can shoot till the gun is empty and reload)
(and imagine this in TB PK encounters)

everyone could buy a lot of these to be honest, only 500 a pop?  Everyone who at least played the game for a good month and got a good bit into the game.

there are already some specialized gangs with TB builds camping.  besides, if all big gangs have cookies (and if what i say is true also) then there wouldnt be such big unbalance if any.
