I've read on the wiki that you can get up to 60% critical chance with aimed shot depending on which part you aim at. Now Which part add how much to the critical chance? I'm guessing that 60 would be eyes, what about the rest?

That looks like the Chance To Hit penalty, not the Critical Chance Bonus. Unless those values are the same.

Yeah, the same, you sacrifice to hit% for additional critical%.

I just want to make it clear:
full formula of critical hit chance is
[Critical chance] + (60% + 4*[Luck])/100*[Aim bonus]

Aim Bonus is:
60% Eyes
40% Head
30% Groin
30% Arms
20% Legs
0% Torso

Each point of [Luck] gives you 1% of [Critical chance].
Each level of "More critical" perk gives you 5%. (Can be taken 3 times up to 15%)
Finally "Finesse" trait gives you 10%.

So max chance to crit - if you have 10 [Luck], level 3 of "More critical" perk, "Finesse" trait and you aiming eyes - 95%.
Same when aiming head - 75%.

(LK:10, Finesse, 3xMoreCriticals, Aiming at Eyes) so it should be 95% crit chance

[Critical chance] + (60% + 4*[Luck])/100*[Aim bonus] = 95%
[10+10+15] + (60% + 4*[10])/100*[60] = 95%
[35] + (60% + 4*[10])/6000 = 95%
[35] + (60% + 40)/6000 = 95%
[35] + (100%)/6000 = 95%
135%/6000 = 95%
0,0225 = 95%

and 35+100/6000 is not equal to ( 35+100 ) /6000

Therefore:
(60+40)/100*60=100/100*60=1*60=60
and adding a [Critical chance] it is (10+10+15)+(60+40)/100*60=95.

Just think about which mathematical operation goes first.
