Can you tell me, what is difference between this situation, where you enter location and you are immediately killed by NPCs, even you can defend yoursef, and situation, where you are already in town and NPCs are teleported few hexes near you and you are killed before you can defend yourself (supermutants spawn teleporting)?

 I see no differences. So if mutants are legal, this should be too (even both situations ruins the game).

For info: Begin from wipe I never: atack, buy any mutie, buy any car.  8)

maybe - try to go there with activated dynamite in pocket - to clean up some mercs around

U have chance kill only some mele mercs  :) like 2 or more if i buy new...
