There'll be no more flesh blood in the Wastes, if exploiters will be not punished. So if this, what this kid doing in the Gecko Mines is really exploit, Game Masters should ban him and all his characters. Stealing, murders, slavery, childkilling, this all makes the 2238's harsh, but no goddamn exploits.

Camping an unguarded mine might be extremely cheap, but I see no exploit... unless you are referring to something else?
