What I can say to this:

1. We have no intro (and most likely will never have), so the text wouldn't be played on game start.

2. It would still be nice to have a good text for
         - the website
         - moddb profile
         - if the manual might be overworked some day
         - to fill up the wiki.
         - because it's cool.

3. If the text is cool, the dev-team will support it in some kind of way.

4. ???

5. Profit.
