FA coldown

I see in Wiki that with 125% FA the cooldown is  145 seg. I have 126%FA and my FA cooldown is 3min...This can be a error.

Other Question,I add a line in Electronic Parts page that it can be encounter in San Francisco Mining site.

CD displayed on screen are rounded up. Use 2 time "P" to check it more accurately.
