Hololasima:
Sorry for english but best exping is in caves. Best spots are near Modoc and left from Redding. Just enter to encouter(no need to wait some encouter with scoprpions), if there is cave go in and then only profit.

There are scorpions, geckos, fire geckos(without fire from mouth,450xp each), small deathclaws(easy to kill, 500xp each) and some big claws(little harder but can be)
