Im not defending anyone, but its so pathetic to see that one abuse is punished with ban, and many other abuses are punished by 'wasteland is harsh' sentence. Problem is that your pal was used to loot your "opponent". That's why what you did was against the rules.

Looting is not against the rules. Neither is killing.

He killed this person, so if guards kills him - it's ok. If guards don't kill him - it's a bug and should be fixed immediately, since this place is theoretically guarded.
