And after reading some comments like "And with the filters on the barter menu, it really only takes 30 seconds if you know what you're doing."

As you can see, 29 seconds wasn't even enough to reach the end of the list, let alone pick one.

My suggestion:
- Remove barter time and so people don't abuse it, make it so the timer appears only if someone else tries to speak with the npc
- or add more specific filters (SG, EW, BG on different filters for example)

That is a great idea but i'm guessing it'll be hard to script such a thing to put into the game.
