Or you cannot press "Install" button? That means you have already 2238 on you computer.

Nawh. I installed it. But it wouldn't un-install. The FOline folder was nowhere to be found, the play button wouldn't work, and the shortcut that was placed on my desktop wouldn't work either.

Try doing a fresh install to C:/FOnline.  I had problems when I installed to Program Files.

Alvarez:
My solution were deleting everything but the Updater.exe. After that, i launched it and started the update.
It worked fine.
