Ok some advice please. My sg burst build is currently at Lv9, my plan was to take 2 lifegiver perks, one action boy perk and bonusROF giving my char 10AP and 200HP. In light of my new found AP knowledge I've realised that if i take gain agility (My char only has 9 agility atm) two action boys and bonus ROF i can get 12AP but my HP will only be 132. Which is my better option if im interested in PvP ?

Crazy:
200HP is better. With 132 you will die before killing anything. And don't forget that with nuka you can have 10 agi.

Ok although im not keen on the drugs addiction thing if i take lifegiver once and rely on nuka to give me the extra agility im after i end up with 172HP and 12 AP. Recon this is the best compromise ?

You could go for it, though you still could have build with both better HP and 3 bursts ;o

Drewby:
By creating another character ? I was concidering it. I took good natured and then forgot to go to the guard in boneyard with sg below 50 which sucked and also wasted me taking 3 charisma, but lvl1 again ? *sigh*
