First one. Is this possible to make the Junktown Scouts, Hub Patrols, Regulators, NCR Rangers talkable NPCs? I mean they can give some directions to other cities or say something more than "Don't come any closer!" .
Second one. If it's possible to become a slaver, maybe it should be possible to join NCR Rangers and fight against slavery?
Third one. Is this possible to get more reputation by healing critters, and doing quests?
