Yep, the ghoul wins in every virtual scenario (Aimed Throw in eyes for an instakill, the ghoul having a much higher perception and intelligence allows it the initiative every time [Perception] and he has more skill than the mutant [Intelligence] therefore allowing him to most probably have the better to hit ratio.), in IRL It'd be pretty one-sided in the mutant's favour.

Mutant hasn't any chance. Ghoul is going to cripple his arm.
