I think the problem is it does miss some details (you can see for example there's some supporting stuff on legs, this is barely visible in game sprite, but in intro cinematics it's apparent: http://images2.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb20110125062642/fallout/images/d/d8/Fo1_Intro_Canadian_Freedom_Fighter.png) and it definetly looked a bit more lean.

However it is definetly a great piece of art, and there is not much of a source to base it on anyway.

I found this little illustration from my computer.... this is pretty old and technically not my best, but I still like the atmosphere and maybe someone else too finds it charming :)

Wow! The first one has a so intense atmosphere!!!

No matter bad proportions of the car for instance, the setting is perfect!

=> a whole story, much feelings in a lone picture, congrats.

I tweaked with advance power armor  ::) Gave it a little bit more evil feel
