Quick recovery affects knockdowns, but does it affect knockouts?

i'm under the impression that quick recovery reduces the amount of ap it takes when you get back up from both knockdown or knockout but this is for tb, im not certain on how it works in rt.

I think that Quick recovery doesn't affect KO at all. It only makes you insta-get up from a knockdown.

Correct...It reduces -AP after k.d to 1.
