Make it possible to buy a house (i.e. the small stone box house found in encounters) to empower the little guys who don't have or want a faction

some ideas about the house;

- The house can be owned simultaneously to a tent

- Accessories can be bought for the house such as a still and workbench (these may be in a shed purchased on top of the house itself)

- A garden can be bought growing fruit and fiber (the plants will have a cool off period of a week or more)

- The garden needs to be 'weeded' occasionally of spore plants

just to show how awsome these houses look. and buying some extra tools would just save us from buying bases and loners won't have to look for two trustable players just to stand next to him to be able to buy a base who leave the faction as soon as the base is bought.

"Soon" is a good word :) You may want to check this thread, houses will be mostly based on it (including restrictions).
