Slow game speed within towns

Since the latest update i have suffered with really bad lag within towns, encounters within the wilderness are fine but as soon as im in a town the game is almost unplayable. Im playing on a notebook but i have fast internet and this has only started since the last update. Any ideas whats wrong and what i can do to stop it ?

Yes, go into game configuration, Video, click Software skinning 3D off.

Or correct me if I'm wrong, but it has somethng to do with Video and 3D.

Software skinning 3d is already disabled, had 3d fps on 0 just turned 3d smooth transition to 0 as well. Have already disabled multisampling 3d. Don't know if disabling vsync will help ?

It's just server lag. I don' think you can really do anything about it... Lots of players on the same map.

Lower your "sleep" to 0 or -1 (use alt - IG or change in into your FOconfig.=
