so... you can join enclave, but you can not own a vertibirds right?

if ever you did own one for faction you are apart of i think it be cool if only a few where allowed at a time.
and until they are taken down youre team must waight for a time to regain access to anuther one, also giveing anuther faction chance to take over the air for awhile.

Enclave is kind of military.
Imagine your in the army, and say you are a pilot... Could you take a AH-64 for a spin?

You are not even Enclave soldier, otherwise you should get APA More like some mechanic or maybe you just clean toilets there. What do you expect for joining by giving a few power cells?

Only point of joining Enclave is to get Armorer 3 or Energy Expert 3 profession, until more planned features are implemented in NPC factions, as Solar has explained a lot in the Suggestions board.
